Summer Symposium

We are pleased to announce that the Sombor Philharmonic will organize the First International Interdisciplinary Symposium to be held in Sombor in 2023.
Our goal is to bring together various experts from different institutions and countries throughout Europe and the world, whose work is focused on the areas of music pedagogy, vocal-instrumental performance, music psychology, and related scientific and humanistic disciplines, and to present contemporary understandings and approaches in teaching, to expand and improve their horizons with new views and results of current empirical and theoretical research. We aim to encourage the exchange of experience and knowledge, as well as interdisciplinary research, which will bring together experts and enable meetings, make new acquaintances, and motivate the planning of future cooperation, which will strengthen existing ones.
The scientific meeting will be organized in a hybrid form, that is, with the possibility to present the works live and online for those who cannot join and attend the event live.
